Located in downtown Champaign, Boltini offers a selection of liquor and food. Drinks available include small batch bourbons, single malt scotches, fine wine by the glass, a selection of vodkas and gins, an extensive martini list (nearly 100), and an ever-changing selection of craft beers from around the world. Boltini's menu includes a selection of small plates, sandwiches, salads, tacos, and desserts. Popular items include the LIAR’S CLUB SANDWICH (seared ahi tuna with avocado, sprouts, and sriracha aioli on a tomato roll), BUFFALO WILD CUPS (like boneless hot wings in a won-ton cup) and the CRÈME BRULEE… just to name a few.
They also host trivia nights on Tuesday and half price martini nights on Thursdays.
