Cid Ikarus is a Chicago and Champaign based electronic-music producer and DJ. Within Cid Ikarus' music there are various influences from sounds such as Jungle, Footwork, Bmore, and Hip-Hop. Experimental rhythms as well as club-style beats are the basis for which makes Cid Ikarus a unique experience every time. Some of the first shows were performed at downtown Champaign's Cowboy Monkey and The Highdive; which also features several local talents such as Ideal DJs, Disco Phil, Kirkwood West, DJ Belly, and Epilep[c].
