General goal: We will provide ways to get computers free or at low cost.

- document and language preparation for Brian Bell's forthcoming meeting with the state

- In the beginning of March 2013, Brian Bell met with the state agency Central Management Services. The meeting was successful and resulted in state government interest in developing a state-wide model from Bell's program of recycling corporate and government computers to be cheaply distributed to the community. The Benefit Fund committee is needed to help equip Brian with a plan to take to further meetings.
