DESTIHL is a micro-brewery and restaurant in downtown Champaign. It opened in April 2011. The restaurant only serves its own beer. They serve gluten-free beer! The other location is in Normal.
Artisan food using local ingredients and both modern and traditional techniques. A rewards program is available for frequent eaters.
