The GOALS Project is a local non-profit organization that empowers teen parents to improve their lives and the lives of their children.

About

Founded in 2010 by Tasha Thompson, GOALS stands for Going On Against Life's Struggles. With a strong cohort of mentors and volunteers, GOALS works towards its mission by focusing on three core programs: healthy parenting, education, and mentoring.

Participants are pregnant or parenting teens between the ages of 13 and 21 who are enrolled in some sort of education program and are committed to improving their lives and the lives of their children. Participants learn about available resources in the community and engage in monthly workshops on a variety of topics. If you or someone you know is interested in enrolling, simply fill out the form here and then call (217) 819-1976 or fill out the contact form on the website.
