What is the Teen Open Lab?
On most Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons the Urbana Free Library opens up the Lewis Auditorium for teens. They team up with FabLab and Makerspace to create their Teen Open Lab. An example of an upcoming project is the Zombie Costume Workshop which will be held on Wednesday October 22 and Thursday October 23, 2014. The event will be from 3:00-5:30 each day. This Teen Open Lab is being held in preparation of the UFL's 3rd annual Zombie Prom being held Friday October 24 from 6:30-9:00.
What does the library want you to know about?
Databases. The Urbana Free Library has a host of databases that patrons can access, including music databases and language learning databases.
