Allometra was a local software development company. In closed in April 2008. Their PyMood software takes a variety of data — from full genomes to proteins — and compares them. It then allows a user to display and explore the various relationships between them. Their website claims the ability to analyze "genomes, genomic fragments, proteins, ESTs, full length cDNAs, and virtually any sets of sequences".
