Canseco was a local band comprised of Dan Masiel, Gonzalo Eyzaguirre, Teddy Briggs, and Tom Deckert. They played some bills with the Zim-Zims (an act with Jake Mann) in 2003, the lineups being 1) Zim-Zims, Legubitron, Canseco, and The High Speed Scene and 2) Zim-Zims, Canseco, Diciembre Gris, and Art Lessing. On January 23, 2004 they played the UC Davis Coffee House with the act Pangolese.
