The Western Human Nutrition Research Center is seeking overweight men & women to evaluate dietary fiber.
Benefits:
* Food will be provided free for 6 weeks

* 20- 60 years old
* Overweight
* No diagnosed digestive diseases
* No allergies or sensitivities to wheat
* Not using tobacco products
