The mission of the Friends of Adult Day Health Care is to help families to delay the placement of their loved-ones in skilled nursing facilities by providing funds and expertise to Yolo Adult Day Health Center and its diverse programming.
Meetings held 2nd Monday of the month and are held in Davis or Woodland.
