Gary Sandy was Mayor of Woodland. He currently serves as the Director of the UC Davis Office of Local Government Relations. In that capacity he serves as the Chancellor's representative to the City - UCD Student Liaison Commission.
In 2009, Gary was elected a Trustee of the Yuba Community College District, representing Area 3.
