The International Relations Student Association, commonly known as IRSA, is a networking club for students who are passionate about international relations, foreign affairs, and the global stage in general.
Our club holds weekly meetings where we discuss global issues and current international events. We frequently invite guest speakers such as graduate students, professors, UC Davis alumni, and professionals in the field to explain certain international conflicts and to talk about their career. In addition, we organize social events such as barbecues, movie nights, and hikes where we do not solely focus on international relations.
There are no club dues, and everyone is welcome to join (it is not only for IR majors!). We enjoy the diversity that students with various majors bring, and we encourage all students interested in international affairs to get involved!
