Associates who have less than 1 year of licensed experience or who have completed less than 6 closings will fill Junior Associate positions and will be assigned an Associate Development Leader (ADL) who will provide mentorship and coaching through your first 6 transaction sides.

Sales Assistant:

Sales Assistant positions are voluntary training positions designed to give individuals interested in a career in real estate and/or studying for the real estate salesperson exam an opportunity to gain practical skills training before beginning work as an agent. Sales Assistants will work with our Associates and back office on a variety of files and projects. Sales Assistants will be involved in every step of the transaction, from listing appointments, to escrow, to closing. Once you have obtained your license and have completed a 6-month term with our office, you will be offered a Junior Associate position and will begin working with a mentor - one of our Associate Development Leaders (ADL). This approach is designed to give you a competitive advantage as you begin your real estate career.

Qualifications: 

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must be enrolled in real estate training courses
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work no less than 20 hours per week
