Cost Segregation Studies from NorCal Valuation can benefit almost everyone who owns Income-Producing Property: facilities such as manufacturing plants, industrial parks, research labs, financial institutions, office buildings, hotels & resturants, retail stores, apartment complexes and shopping centers—even single family rental units. Cost Segregation is a IRS-approved method of accelerated depreciation that can save tax dollars on all income-producing properties. http://www.journalofaccountancy.com/Issues/2004/Aug/CostSegregationApplied.htm
