Rowe Place is an extension of pavement leading off from Fifth Street near train tracks. It is home to a few businesses and features an asphalt heart. It runs parallel to I Street, and allows access to the businesses along the railroad track set behind those on I Street itself.

This street was named after the Rowe family, specifically Jesse Gray Rowe, who came to Davis in 1875. See also Rowe & Wire.
