Simmons Way branches off from East 8th Street across from Valley Oak Elementary School. It connects to Cypress Lane. It is also shaped slightly like the first letter of its name, if you look at it like a mole. Simmons Way is named after the Simmons family who own various properties in Davis. Members of the family own Simmons Real Estate.
