The Villages at Willow Creek is a 35 lot development currently under construction at the southeast corner of Drummond Avenue and Cowell Boulevard. There are 18 units planned north of the bike path and 17 units south of the bike path. The only direct connection between the two will be a private bicycle/pedestrian bridge.
There has been concern from residents on nearby Koso Street over the potential for increased motor vehicle traffic. The sole street entrance for the 18 units north of the bike path will be on Koso Street.
