Tom Stallard is a prominent and active UC Davis alumnus, having attended UC Davis as both an undergraduate (1964-1968) and law student (1973-1975). He served on the 1968 Picnic Day Board of Directors as Chair, where he met his future wife, Meg. Together Tom and Meg were honored as 2010 Picnic Day Parade Marshals. Due to their contributions to the law school, The Stallard Family Conference Room was named in their honor.
In 2011, Tom was appointed a Councilmember by the Woodland City Council to fill a vacant seat.
