For instance you were buying a bithday bouquet and are not a frequent customer. Perhaps the other customer is a frequent shopper and has been working with the staff to plan both her daughter's weddings this summer. Several people were pretty taken back by your comment, in fact it launched a ["Strelitzia Flower Co/Talk" large discussion]. —JasonAller
