Whisper the Clown is a local kid with a penchant for scaring the wits out of unsuspecting passers-by near Thai Canteen while dressed as a horrifying Chingo clown. He tends to linger in alleyways and saunters out when signaled by his adult accomplice.
Killer clowns became a big trend, and an even bigger problem. I never intended to harm anyone nor did I carry any sort of weapon. Once everyone else started to hop on this trend it took a turn for the worst, people walking by would become more aggressive and I even was approached by the police. My Youtube channel (the links below) have been taken down and my channel was terminated. I haven't returned in years but I feel like this threat is backing off and maybe people are ready for my return. Look out, I'll be around.-Whispers The Clown, October 8.
