Winds of Change House opened by April 2016, after several years of dragging renovations. "It makes American, French and Mediterranean food, and even the mayo is house-made," per Wendy Weitzel. In 2017, it started calling itself "Winds of Change Steakhouse and Bar," with a new menu emphasizing (of course) steak.
"Chef Sami's vision is to create a living menu. Just as a living organism that changes and evolves...so does the Winds of Change House menu and food selection," according to a promotional mailing received in August, 2016.
The food is good but overpriced for its quality and quantity. With the new 2017 menu, prices seem to have improved a bit.
