Pole Line Road Baptist Church, 770 Pole Line Road, Davis, is hosting a Winter Bible Study on Feb. 2 & 3, 2019.  Dr. Bryan Enderle will be the speaker and the topic is "How God and Science are Compatible".  This is a free study and open to the public.  The study starts on Saturday, Feb. 2 with a potluck dinner at 5:30 p.m., then Session 1 is from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. -  "How does modern science agree or disagree with claims in Genesis 1-2?"  Study resumes on Sunday, Feb. 3 with Session 1 at either the 8:00 or 11:00 service - "How are God and Science Compatible?"; Session 3 is at 9:30 a.m. - "Examples from Modern Science where God and Science are compatible."; Session 4 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. -  Additional topics based on interest and remaining time:  "Q & A, How to talk to a skeptic about God & Science, Miracles & Science, Intelligent Design Debate, Dinosaurs, Noah's Flood, etc."

Bryan Enderle grew up in Modesto, CA though he now lives in Davis with his wife, Peggy, and son, Isaac.  Bryan obtained two BS degrees, in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering before pursuing an MS and PhD in Chemical Engineering.  Bryan has worked over 17 years with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.  In addition to ministry at the UC Davis campus, he is currently serving as a theological trainer and evangelism coach for other ministers.  As far as theology, Bryan pursued an MABTS at Western Seminary and is continuing his classwork and writing in pursuit of a ThM.  Bryan also works in the department of Chemistry at UC Davis teaching large lectures of 400 to 550 students per class while coordinating general chemistry laboratories for approximately 12,000 students per year.  Because of Bryan's previous TEDx talks on Science & God, he is often an invited speaker at colleges, universitites, religious & social organizations, conferences, and campus clubs.
