Yolo County Housing has the mission statement: "Working together to provide quality affordable housing and community development services for all". They offer rental housing, and Housing Choice Vouchers (formerly known as section 8 housing). Wait list for Housing Vouchers is currently closed. The site-based wait lists for conventional rental housing are open. You can get more information regarding applying for recent affordable developments, such as Eleanor Roosevelt Circle and Cesar Chavez Plaza by visiting their website.
