The Wheel is an educational technology blog published by Dr. Andy Jones and Mary Stewart (PhD student, Education). The blog is part of Dr. Andy’s initiative to reach out to faculty through his role as academic associate director at Academic Technology Services.

Our goal is to provide information that will help you integrate technology into your classroom without "reinventing the wheel." This includes posting information about innovations in the field of educational technology, as well as updates about the monthly Discussing Online Learning and Collaborative Education meetings (first Friday of the month, 12pm, 1310 Surge III).

We also host monthly Faculty Panels (third Friday of the month, 12pm, 1310 Surge III), which are informal faculty discussions about teaching with specific technologies, e.g., Blogging or YouTube.
