Cardo's Farm Project is an educational model of a sustainable farm. They have a 0.8 acre vegetable garden, 50 laying hens, and two cows. Produce is grown on-site without chemical herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers. Their produce can be purchased at the Denton Community Market and the Cupboard. They also sell produce to Hannah's, and The Chestnut Tree Restaurant. Wheatgrass grown at the farm is sold to The Cupboard Cafe, Jupiter House Coffee, and Europa Coffee.
