Two Charlies is a bar off University Drive. It is owned by the same guys who own Loophole, a bar on the square. Bryan left his dignity there. It's worth going for the food alone, their garlic parmesan wings are amazing and addictive. 

They have a daily $5 menu 11AM- 4PM, Monday through Friday
