John H. Guyer High School is a 5A high school established in 2004 in the southern Denton, Texas. It is accredited by the Denton Independent School District Association in the upper-middle class suburban district of southern Denton County. Current enrollment is at 2,200 students.

The school's namesake was a former principal at Denton High School who later served as assistant to the Denton ISD Superintendent.

After a recent influx of students, twelve portable classrooms have been added to the original school.

Guyer's football team has made the semi-finals in the past two years in 4A highschool football.

Guyer Theatre placed second at the 4A State UIL One Act Play competition in 2009.
