The Dushanbe Teahouse is a beautiful restaurant in Boulder erected as a gift from it's sister city, Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Much of the interior is hand carved cedar with bright ceramic mosaics. The exterior is adorned with a rose garden and copper sculptures.
In return, Boulder gave the people of Tajikistan an internet cafe. Not exactly a loving gift.
