Talent Intake Director for the Duggan Administration's transition team. Barnhill was Mike Duggan's 2013 mayoral campaign manager. Previously, he was Chief of Staff for Charles Pugh. He has also worked as Southwest Housing Solutions.
He is a graduate of Harvard and Renaissance High School.
