Patrol Re-Org

All districts and precincts will operate on a 24/7 schedule, however access for the public will cease on Plt III (4PM) and resume on Plt II (8AM)

From 4pm to 8am, Pcts/Districts will be manned by a Supervisor and a clerk from the shift whose duties will be station security and desk duties respectively. Any reports will be referred to TCRU or online reporting via Cop Logic

Everybody on patrol with the exception of:

ADMINISTRATION STAFF:

• (1) Commander & Insp: Lt or Sgt & PO
• (2) Timekeeping, Vehicle Maintenance Officer, Bldg Maintenance Officer & Property Officer are Disbanded
• (3) Timekeeping, Vehicle Maintenance & Property will be centralized – most currently assigned will be re-assigned to Patrol.
• (4) Building Maintenance will be responsibility of precinct command

Cell Block - status quo as far as I know..... IOU ReOrg ________________________________________

All of the district/precinct investigative units are centralized and operate as a unified command consisting of:

• (1) Executive Staff of an Insp, 1 Lt & 1 Sgt.
• (2) Admin Staff including 2 Lts / DOJ Compliance, 2 Swing Lts & 6 civilians working 6am-2pm / 10pm-6am
• (3) 150 members assigned to 4 Squads consisting of 1 Lt & 33 sworn members each working 8am-4pm, 11am-7pm with a rotating squad working the hours of 10pm-6am every 28 days.
