Fernando Palazuelo is the new owner and developer of the Packard Plant. He bought in 2013 it at auction from Wayne County for just over $400,000. 

Palazuelo is a Spanish developer living in Lima, Peru. He's a Peruvian Dan Gilbert -- he owns a large amount of property in Lima once-battered downtown. He's also bought and refurbished buildings in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Mallorca.
