Skate Park Plans
In August 2011, Phil Cooley was leading an effort with the Conservancy to build a skate park on the site. The group had raised about $100,000 of an expected cost around $1,000,000. Architects Tadd Heidgerken and Noah Resnick of uRbanDetail have developed a master plan.
