Saul Green is Of Counsel at the law firm of Miller Canfield, where he works with the Litigation and Trial Group.

Green was a deputy mayor of Detroit. He oversaw the police and fire departments. He was appointed in September 2008, resigned the week of May 16, 2011 and will retire in June 2011. Green was appointed by Ken Cockrel Jr. He is a longtime friend of Charlie Beckham.

Green served as United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan from 1994 to 2001.

Green is also a Lecturer II at the University of Michigan Law School. His salary in 2010-11 was $402,928.00.
