Grosvenor Terrace joins Packenham to The Crescent in Monkstown.
It is a terrace of 8 red-brick Victorian dwellings, all on the western side of the road.
A culverted river, the confluence of the Monkstown Valley Stream and Micky Brien's Stream flows under the road.
An early 6" OS map of the area, before its present imposing red-bricked properties were built, appears to show this road titles as Packenham Place.
