Neptune Terrace is a late Victorian terrace or 3 houses on Breffni Road.

It is shown as a vacant plot on the 1870 map although houses have been built on both sides

It is listed in the 1901 census, with 3 houses occupied.  These have 17 occupants

It is listed in the 1911 census, but with only 2 houses occupied.  These have 9 occupants

Curiously, the designation of the houses is 2nd class in 1901, but 1st class in 1911.  The difference is that of an extra window in the front of each house.  A clerical or administrative error, or a genuine development of the houses???
