This lake living, golf community is 20 minutes from North Carolina’s capital city, Raleigh, 10 minutes from the Durham Performing Arts Center, 30 minutes from Tanger Outlets in Mebane, North Carolina, and 5 minutes from highway 85, which can take residents to Atlanta or Washington DC.
The community life is one that draws people from all over the City. Many residents enjoy inviting guests to join them in the pool or on the basketball court. In the summer, after cookouts are coming to a close, family and friends sit outside to watch the fireworks on the fourth of July. If you are looking to furnish an apartment or update a room in your house, you can find all kinds of gently used home furnishings at the Grove Park Yard Sale. It is also a great place to find clothing for all ages and all seasons and arts and crafts too. As a resident of Grove Park and a college student, I have been able to pick up some great finds at the community yard sale. Last year I found a great chair for my desk where I do my homework. I am looking forward to the upcoming yard sale.
