Home Tour 1995 write-up: Built circa on property belonging to the Waters mansion (which still stands in the middle of the block facing College Ave.), 47 Union SE is the perfect showcase for the current owner's collection of antique holiday decorations. Difficult to say exact date of construction but probably in 1894. Water was connectedto this site in that year although sewer was not connected until 1904.
