Sunday morning Grand Rapids Herald of April 22, 1922 looks at the newest apartments added to meet a housing storage in Grand Rapids.

The apartments were built "to reflect a certain distinction and individuality" being the first of its kind in Grand Rapids.

Each apartment was suited with a living room, large dining room, complete kitchen, and bedroom. Also equipped with a dressing room that can be converted into a second bedroom. It has tiled bathrooms with a tub installed in each apartment with the most modern plant utilities included. There is a six car garage located underneath.

March of 1922 was the largest construction month with a 65% percent in construction. Due to demand residential construction was at some of it's highest ever.
