Cambridge Park is a 7.7 acre park located at 1444 Gladstone SE in the City of Grand Rapids at the west side of Cambridge St. between Adams St. and Boston St. According to older neighbors Cambridge Park is the site of a former slaughter house. Ironically, it is now illegal to drive animals (sled dog style) in this park. in
Briefly, Cambridge Park operated as an informal dog park until the official Hillcrest Dog Park was created in the the Fulton Heights neighborhood.
