Coit Park is a 4.16 acres City of Grand Rapids park located at 700 Coit Ave NE in the Belknap Lookout Neighborhood.
Coit Park was purchased January 27, 1909 for a steal, just $1! Coit Park was a gift from Clara W. Coit, Edward W. Haines, Clark H Gleason, and Robert H. Coit. Originally, the park served as part of the Coit School playground. It was updated in the 1950’s as part of the Park Schools Agreement.
