History
- Previous owner/tenant "Curly Shipman"?
- 2009 - Sunday, Nov 1st: At approximately 2:30 am (the daylight savings time change had occurred), the Grand Rapids Fire Department (GRFD) house on Monroe was called to the reported fire at Graydon’s Crossing. Early reports indicated that the fire started on the patio and spread to the second story balcony (local news coverage).
- 2010 - April 5th: Graydon's reopens following complete refit. The large tree overhanging the patio is sadly absent.
