I would like to get local artists together and paint one of our city's water towers. I think it would brighten peoples' days. I'm not sure how to go about organizing this so I will file it under proposals. I'd like to see the water tower nearest my house painted - the one I see nearly every day from Plymouth near Boston, but of course I'd be open to suggestions of more visible candidates.
