The Sewing Terrorists recorded their first album at Dynamite Sound Project, but it was accidentally lost or destroyed at the studio. The band proceeded to record themselves at home with the help of Miles Curtiss of the band Marvin the Robot. The resulting self-titled CDR was packaged in handsewn fabric sleeves which had the band's logo silkscreened on the front.
