For those who enjoy gardening but have no space to plant, the Kentwood Community Garden is offering plots for rent beginning April 25. The plots, 15 feet by 24 feet, are located just east of the Kentwood Activities Center at 355 48th St. SE.

As of 2016 the cost is $49. There is also a $25 refundable fee for a key and cleaning deposit.
