Greensboro Arboretum

 

The Arboretum features 17 acres of garden and landscaping open to the public. There is no charge for admission, and pets are allowed. 

The Greensboro Arboretum was founded in the 1970's, with the purpose of enriching the local area and attracting tourism. 

The Arboretum feature such installments as a rose garden, a butterfly garden, an overlook, wind chimes, an area for weddings, a meditation garden,  and multi-seasonal plants. 

The Arboretum holds events such as art displays and gardening classes, which vary depending on the seasons.
