An Indie Movie Theater in Greensboro. Currently closed (As of 3/30/2021) due to COVID-19 Pandemic. The theater features normal releasing movies along with occasional indie films. RED stands for Restaurant Entertainment district. Its website is available here https://www.redcinemas.com

The theater features the larger recliner like style black seats with standard tray tables and cupholders.

Atmosphere:

Its atmosphere main selling point is in its aesthetic. It features an Industrial look focused on a black and red color scheme.  Indoors, the walls are black and red contrasted by movie posters and event advertisements. The main indoor concession and entrance is high ceiling with the standard industrial curve look but painted red.  Outside, it is mainly brick with red and black featured. The front is a large glass window allowing light into the main concession area. The general outside / parking area is notable for its kind of future city neon vibe from its string lighting invoking a feel featured in many films.

It’s sides and parts of the brick walls have “street art” featuring characters or people. The main piece is its rotating murals on its side.
