Market Town is a planned retail complex at San Pablo Avenue and Sycamore Avenue adjacent to the I-80/CA-4 entrance ramps. The developer is McNellis Partners.

The site was formerly Market Hall, an ill-fated pop-up outdoor market that also temporarily hosted the Hercules Farmers Market.

There is no schedule for completion.
