Open year round from dawn to dusk. The Park offers a 3-pier boat ramp, sailboat launch area, and small watercraft beach, ‘The Links’, a 9-hole golf learning center with lighted driving range and natural putting course (757-465-1500), state of the art playgrounds, lighted tennis courts, Friendship Gardens, shelters with picnic tables and grills and a priceless waterfront view.

Portsmouth Splash Park
A newly developed fifteen apparatus interactive aquatics play area for all citizens of Portsmouth. Partnership efforts between the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority and the Department of Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services have made this a summer "must do" for the young and the young at heart.
