Andrew E. Menard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur E. Menard of 67 Lake St., Saranac Lake, has been promoted to sergeant in the U. S. Air Force. Sgt Menard, a 1968 graduate of Saranac Lake High School, is a radio and television specialist at Tan Son Nhut Air Base in Vietnam with the 6250th Support Squadron, a unit of the Pacific Air Force, headquarters for air operations in Southeast Asia, the Far East and Pacific area.
