Before street numbers were changed in 2004 for the 911 Emergency Response System, Arnold Drive ran from what was then called South Hope Street one block east to Fairview Avenue, where it becomes School Street. Earl Arnold, the developer, used his family name. After 2004, South Hope Street was renamed so that it was a continuation of the west end of Neil Street.
